Mike Alich started working for NeedTechs.com as an employee on February 9, 2006. Within 30 days Mike (and his wife working collectively) copied the NeedTechs.com® database, registered a competitive website and copied all the documents that a website like NeedTechs.com takes years to compile, all this while continuing to collect pay checks from NeedTechs.com®. What is a database and what is stored in it? Databases usually contain contact information and email addresses both those used in the advertisement as well emergency contact info. Note to NeedTechs.com® advertisers… we never store credit card info. "do you have a "Mike Alich" working for you"? To the point! What special assets did Mike Alich have that made him so attractive to AUTOjobs.com®, the NeedTechs.com® stolen database!  As of October 1st 2007 automotivejobsonline merged with AUTOjobs.com® and immediately started spamming all the NeedTechs.com customers requesting that they advertise with AUTOjobs.com®. AUTOjobs.com® not only hired a thief, they adopted his morals. Any time they had the opportunity to a talk NeedTechs.com® advertiser they directed them to view the websites packed with lies that Mike Alich had published (knowing they were untrue). He brought shame and disgrace to a well respected website. We know that AUTOjobs.com® is a fighter… so is NeedTechs.com®.
